Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept separate from every other company's, and protected by two-factor authentication and role-based permissions checked on our servers. Every change is recorded in a full audit trail, and you can download a full backup of your data at any time. See our security overview for details.
No. You own your data. We process it only to provide the Entirova service, as set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, and we never sell it to third parties.
Yes. You can export your transactions, contacts and reports at any time. If you close your account, you can download your data first, and we delete it after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Data Processing Agreement is included in our Terms of Service for all plans. If your organization needs a signed copy, contact us and our team will send one over.
