Terms of Service
The agreement between your organisation and Mudcrafts (Pvt) Ltd for using Entirova.
The agreement
These terms are between Mudcrafts (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”) and the organisation that creates an Entirova account (“you”). The person who accepts them confirms they are allowed to do so on the organisation’s behalf. By creating an account or using Entirova you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
The service
Entirova is online accounting software: invoicing, purchases, banking, payroll, reports and related tools. We may improve and change features over time. Features marked “Coming soon” or “Beta” are not yet complete and may change or be withdrawn. The public demo uses made-up data and saves only in your browser.
Accounts and users
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and everything done under your account.
- Keep passwords private and turn on two-factor sign-in. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
- Each person needs their own login. Logins must not be shared.
Free trial, plans and fees
- New organisations get a 14-day free trial with no card required.
- After the trial, fees are those shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing, for the plan and number of users you choose. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required.
- Fees are paid in advance for each billing period and are not refundable for partly used periods, except where the law says otherwise.
- If a payment is overdue we will remind you, and may limit the account to read-only or suspend it until it is paid.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase for your plan.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Entirova for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to hide the proceeds of crime;
- try to get into other organisations’ data, test or bypass our security, or overload the service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Entirova, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malicious code or content you have no right to use.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Your data
- You own the data you put into Entirova. We use it only to provide and support the service, keep it secure, and as the law requires.
- You can export your data or download a full backup at any time.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to enter personal information about your employees, customers and suppliers.
Data processing terms
When we process personal information inside your organisation’s records, you are the controller and we are the processor. We will:
- process it only to provide Entirova and on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the app;
- make sure our staff and providers who handle it are bound by confidentiality;
- keep appropriate technical and organisational security measures, described on our Security page;
- use only the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, with the same protections, and tell you before adding new ones so you can object;
- help you answer requests from individuals and meet your own legal duties;
- tell you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of becoming aware, if a breach affects your data;
- delete your data when you delete your organisation, apart from copies in backups until they expire;
- give you the information you reasonably need to show these terms are met.
If you need a signed copy of these data processing terms, email us.
Not professional advice
Entirova helps you keep accounts and run payroll, but it does not replace an accountant or tax adviser. Tax rates, payroll rules and templates are provided to help you. You remain responsible for checking them, and for your tax returns, filings, payments to employees and authorities, and business decisions.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Entirova available at all times, but there will be planned maintenance and occasional problems outside our control. Support is available by email during Sri Lankan business hours.
Our intellectual property
Entirova, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use Entirova for your business while your account is active. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.
Liability
- Entirova is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no promises beyond those in these terms.
- Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or goodwill.
- Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
Referral program and offers
- Owners may join the referral program in Entirova. Rewards, tiers and the program terms shown when joining are set by us and can change with notice; rewards already earned keep their value.
- No rewards are paid for referring yourself or an organisation you also own or run, or for duplicate, fake or fraudulent accounts. We may cancel rewards earned that way.
- Account credit applies to Entirova fees only and has no cash value. Points can only be exchanged as offered in Entirova. Cash is paid by bank transfer above the minimum shown, and you are responsible for any tax on it.
- Offer codes are for the plans and dates stated, once per organisation, and can't be combined unless we say so.
Ending the agreement
- You can stop using Entirova at any time. An owner can delete the organisation from Settings, and anyone can delete their own account from My account.
- We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms or do not pay.
- When an account ends for any reason other than deletion, you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell account owners at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use Entirova after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have jurisdiction. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
