Create your account, set up an organisation and move between the organisations you belong to.

Create your account

Go to Sign in and choose New to Entirova? Create an account.
Enter your name, your work email and a password of at least 8 characters.
Entirova emails you a confirmation link. Click it, then sign in.

Invited by someone? Sign up (or sign in) with the exact email address the invitation was sent to, and confirm that address. Entirova then lists the invitation: choose Accept to join with the role they chose, or Decline. Nobody is added to an organisation without accepting.

Set up your organisation

The first time you sign in without an invitation, Entirova asks you to create an organisation, in five short steps. The bar at the top shows where you are; Next checks each step before moving on, Back returns, and a step you've finished can be opened again from the bar.

Step	What you enter
1 · You	Your name, the organisation's name (the name your team sees), and whether to start with an empty company or the sample company.
2 · Company	Your first company: its legal name (on invoices), a short code of 2 to 4 letters or numbers such as `CDL`, the tax / VAT number if you have one, and its registered address.
3 · Region	The language for Entirova and printed documents (English, Sinhala or Tamil), and the currency your books are kept in. The currency can't be changed later.
4 · Apps	The apps to start with: everything, or a set for a services business, a shop or trading business (with Point of sale), or invoicing only. Change them any time in the App Center.
5 · Review	Check the details, then Create organisation. It starts with a 14-day trial of every feature.

Start empty or with the sample company

An empty company comes with a chart of accounts, tax rates and settings ready to use. The sample company loads a year of demo data to explore, in rupees; it skips the Company and Apps steps. It is not meant for your real books, so create a separate organisation for those.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. If you have turned on two-factor authentication, Entirova then asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. See Sign-in security.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email and select Send reset link. The link opens a page where you choose a new password.

Switching organisations

You can belong to several organisations, for example your own company and clients you keep books for. Entirova opens the one you used last. To change, select your organisation's picture in the top-right corner, then Switch organisation.

The same menu has My account (password and two-factor), New organisation and Sign out.

Access paused? If an owner or admin has deactivated you in an organisation, it shows in the list as "Access paused" and can't be opened. Ask them to reactivate you.

The demo

The public demo runs entirely in your browser with a sample company. It adds two things the live system doesn't have: a Viewing as switcher in the top bar, to try the app as each role, and Reset demo data at the foot of the menu. Nothing in the demo is saved to a server.
